Coursearly is an edtech platform designed to empower creators, learners, and affiliates. It allows creators to upload and sell courses, gives learners access to a wide range of digital skills training, and enables affiliates to earn income by promoting courses. The platform streamlines course creation, approval, learning, and monetization, making digital education accessible and profitable for all user groups.
Key Responsibilities
• Led the launch of Coursearly, managing product readiness, pre-launch coordination, and final rollout. • Managed post-launch operations by reviewing and approving course submissions to ensure quality, structure, and compliance with platform standards. • Organised agile workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, testing sessions, and iterative updates based on user feedback. • Conducted competitor and pricing analysis to refine the platform’s value proposition and define commission structures for creators and affiliates. • Supported platform growth, contributing to the onboarding of creators, affiliates, and learners (200+ users) and reviewing 40+ course submissions post-launch.
