Learnova
Learnova is an online learning and career guidance platform designed to help non-tech and tech-savvy personnel transition or grow in tech careers. It combines self-paced courses, peer learning communities, live mentorship, and career guidance tools to support users from skill acquisition through job readiness.
Problem
Research showed that most learners did not fail due to lack of content, but due to unclear career direction and absence of structured support between learning and employment. Existing platforms treated mentorship and career guidance as optional add-ons, leaving learners with completed courses but no clear path to job readiness.
Product Strategy and Decisions
● Prioritised mentorship, peer learning, and career guidance as core features rather than optional add-ons. ● Mapped end-to-end user journeys from discovery through job readiness to ensure continuity between learning, application, and career progression. ●Designed a flexible pricing model combining freemium course access, paid mentorship sessions, pay-per-course options, and corporate training partnerships to balance accessibility and sustainability.
